At point.me, we are committed to fostering an inclusive travel experience for all. Our dedication to accessibility is reflected in the design and development of our product. Our approach

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. point.me is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the platform do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

point.me understands that accessibility is important and is committed to promoting accessibility on our platform. We follow industry standards wherever possible in order to meet that goal. When making updates to our platform, we strive to adopt the specifications established by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

point.me evaluates and improves the accessibility of the platform through user feedback, interviews, and self-evaluation methods such as keyboard testing and using automated accessibility tools.

Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology

Accessibility testing is conducted with Chrome and Safari with VoiceOver on macOS. point.me is not compatible with all versions of Internet Explorer.

We take the following measures to ensure accessibility of point.me:
