At point.me, we aim to embody many of the characteristics of our mascot, Pointer. As a breed, pointer dogs are hard workers who thrive on rising to a challenge. They’re diligent, motivated, and persistent — ”give up” is not a command they know — and they have a never-ending well of enthusiasm and passion for everything they do. They’re also kind, gentle, and good-natured.
Our values reflect these characteristics and our desire to work with excitement and passion, take a creative and diligent approach to solving problems and meeting challenges, and exude kindness and empathy with our team, customers, and partners.
Tail-wagging enthusiasm
We’re energized by our mission — to increase spending power for millions of people by helping them view their points as currency — and excited to work on the projects ahead of us. We bring passion and drive to everything we do.

Like pointer dogs, we’ve always got our noses in the wind. We sniff out new ways to approach challenges, improve our product, leverage new technology, stay ahead of the trends, and create the best experience for our members. We ask “what if?” and “why not?” and we learn from both our failures and our successes.

When we’re on the hunt for a solution or accomplishment, we don’t give up. We proactively problem-solve, work through difficult challenges, adapt as we learn, and leverage our resources to get the job done. We’re scrappy when we need to be, and we never lose sight of our end goal.

When you’re in our pack, you’ve got a team of people who are rooting for you and eager to work together.
